Hi everyone, i'm currently studying at Keio University located in Tokyo, walking distance from Mita station. I just wanted to share some information on oishi places i've been to, and some thoughts on my life in Japan. Hopefully my blog will help future exchange students in Japan to settle down faster than i did. :)

六本木 Asanoya & Hoshino Coffee
When i think of bread i think of fat, this is why i never really liked eating bread. But bread in Japan, it's like heaven. Unlike JJ bakery and all other bakeries back in the states.. the bread here actually taste pretty good, and super soft too!
Asanoya is located right next to Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi 六本木, with Preece super market located on the first floor. I stopped by Asanoya after my dinner hunt at the supermarket, and i got their interesting green tea with red bean bread, and their blueberry tart. The tart was not bad actually, and it wasn't too sweet either~ originally i wanted to save it for breakfast tomorrow, but it looked wayy too good so i actually ate it when i got home...
Speaking of food, i feel like food wise, the portion is always smaller here than in US. When i stopped by Asanoya for breakfast the other day, i got their breakfast hot dog set and i wanted to cry when i saw my hot dog.. it was. so. small! Hoshino's breakfast was disappointing too! it was 800 yen and i walked outta the place feeling like i had nuthinnn.. i guess the only thing i realli liked there was their hand dripped coffee.. ;(
